Julie was raised on a farm in Eastern South Dakota where hard work, dedication, commitment to others and sense of community was instilled from an early age. Julie lives in the northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities, is married with two grown children and one granddaughter. She enjoys photography, sports, fishing, baking and traveling. She is an active church member and has served in several capacities over the years.
